About Lucy Yeomans

Lucy grew up on her parents farm at Whitehill Farm and was educated at Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls. She obtained a 2:1 degree in law and psychology from Keele University and a diploma in law at Cardiff University. She then worked in Birmingham for two years as a trainee solicitor. She has since worked as a solicitor in Ledbury specialising in property transactions for 15 years. 'Lucy now combines her healing work with working as a solicitor part time drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lucy became interested in alternative health therapies after being involved in a car accident in 2001 which left her with on-going back and hip pain. Over a ten year period she tried a range of traditional therapies which all helped but did not alleviate the problem completely. After just one session of Quantum Touch Lucy’s back and hips realigned naturally and relieved the pain completely.

Further sessions have enabled all the muscles to release improving strength and flexibility. As an event rider this has improved Lucy’s seat and stability in the saddle.

Therapy training

After such a dramatic improvement Lucy decided to learn Quantum Touch for herself. She also handpicked other therapies to learn which she found to be extremely effective including myofascial release, acupressure massage and Reiki. These therapies also enabled her to deal effectively with stress in the workplace which is increasingly common.

Lucy believes that a combination of all these techniques can improve quality of life for many people by alleviating stress and pain and increasing mobility.

Lucy also uses these therapies with animals particularly horses with great success. As an event rider she understands the necessity for horses to perform at their best. Her work on her own event horse Purdy has enabled them to establish a wonderful partnership. Purdy was very fussy in the mouth and would overreact to any slight movement on the rein making her very difficult to ride. She is now a joy to ride and is very happy and relaxed. She is now competing and being placed at BE Novice level and has qualified for international CCI* three day event. Lucy has three other horses including Cameo who is retired after eventing up to international CCI* level and Cameo’s two foals Florrie and Nellie who Lucy hopes to produce in due course.
